Squinzano DOCG
The Squinzano DOCG wine can be found in red, white, rosé and sparkling. Even the red can be made from different primary grapes. Personally, I would go for the Negroamaro, minimum 85%, or, if you can find it, Susumaniello, again 85% minimum. The primary white grape varieties used for white Squinzano are Chardonnay, Malvasia, Fiano, and Sauvignon Blanc. The Squinzano wine is to be found in Puglia.
