The Est! Est! Est! DOC white wine comes from the town of Montefiascone on the banks of Lake Bolsena. It is mainly made from the Procanico (or Trebbiano) and Malvasia grapes. Trebbiano is one of the popular white grape varieties in Italy. It is also one of the oldest known vines.
